Because our items are one-of-a-kind vintage pieces, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds under any circumstances.

Please read item descriptions carefully and review all photos/videos before purchasing.

Order Cancellations
Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled, as we begin processing immediately.

Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged due to carrier mishandling, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number

• Photos and videos of the damaged item and packaging

We will review the issue and assist you with a claim.

Incorrect Items Received
If we made a mistake with your order, we will fix it immediately. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
